How to delete my account
You can close your Playbox AI account yourself from the profile menu in the app, or ask us to delete it via admin email or Discord. This page walks through each option.
Deleting an account removes access to that login. The website contact form is for marketing inquiries only and does not provide user support.
Important note about playbox.website
As of now, the personal account / cabinet experience on playbox.website is still in development. This marketing domain does not provide any options to generate AI content from a user dashboard here.
Account deletion controls described below apply in the Playbox AI application flow (and via support), not as a finished in-site generator cabinet on this domain.

The fastest path is self-serve: open your profile in the Playbox AI app and use the delete control.
Sign in
Open the Playbox AI application and sign in with the account you want to remove. You can start from Log in on this site if you need the entry point.
Open the profile menu
Open your avatar / profile / account menu (usually in the header or settings area of the app).
Tap Delete account
Choose Delete account (or an equivalent label such as “Close account”), confirm any warning prompts, and wait for the confirmation that deletion was submitted or completed.
After deletion, previous credits, creations, and login for that account are no longer available through that profile. Keep a copy of anything you need before you confirm.
Other ways to request deletion
If you cannot find the button, cannot sign in, or prefer a human review, use one of these channels.
Discord / community
Reach the team on Discord (also linked from Contact). The website contact form is for marketing inquiries only and does not provide user support.
Admin email
Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account (or state that address in the message). Subject line tip: “Account deletion request”.
playbox.website account status
Clarify what this domain can and cannot do today while the on-site cabinet remains under development.
Still in development
A full personal cabinet on playbox.website is not finished. Do not expect a complete account dashboard or in-site generation controls on this marketing domain yet.
No AI generation here
playbox.website does not currently offer AI content generation capabilities from a user account on this site. Generation and related account tooling live in the application / partner flows linked from CTAs such as /try.

Can I delete my account from playbox.website alone?
The personal cabinet on this domain is still in development and does not provide AI generation. Prefer the in-app profile button or a support request as described above.
How long does a support deletion take?
Manual requests are handled as support tickets. Reply times vary; include clear identity details so the team can match the right account.
