Last updated: May 6, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the playbox.website marketing site and related Playbox AI services made available by us. If you use the product experience hosted outside this domain, additional terms shown in that product may also apply.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Playbox AI services or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. The service

Playbox AI provides tools to help users animate photos into short videos using prompts. Features, availability, and limits may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree that you will:

Provide accurate information where required and keep account credentials secure.
Not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or distribute malware.
Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization, or bypass security measures.
Not upload or generate content that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, or is otherwise illegal or harmful.

We may investigate misuse and remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service (for example, processing, storage, display, and security). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

5. Third-party services

The marketing site may link to third-party applications (for example, the hosted Playbox AI experience). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), except where prohibited by law.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
