Our mission in one sentence
We want creative AI to be transparent, rule-bound, and hard to misuse — especially where kids, teens, and non-consensual imagery are concerned.
Not a product for children
Playbox AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not want young children using generation tools without meaningful adult supervision. Parents and guardians should use device controls, router filters, and account restrictions to limit access to AI apps that aren’t appropriate for their household.
What we enforce in practice
- Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexualization of minors. We support reporting to authorities where required by law.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery and no harassment campaigns built with our tools.
- Clear rules in our Terms of Service so users know what “acceptable use” means before they create.
Guidance for parents and educators
Talk with young people about what they share online, how “fake” media can look real, and why consent matters for photos and video. If a child encounters upsetting generated content, prioritize safety: document what happened, block the source, and report through the platform or to local authorities when appropriate.
Privacy
We describe data practices in our Privacy Policy. If you have questions about family safety or reporting, email [email protected].
